PACCAR To kit out new Kenworth and DAF trucks

PACCAR Truck Parts and Accessories To Take New Step

PACCAR parts and accessories will take a new diversified approach towards their offerings this year with a core focus on Kenworth and DAF. The quality aftermarket parts will be seen on these trucks across Australia as the company looks to integrate their approach with the two companies.

Also featured for the first time is an interactive kiosk where Volume-1 of the new PACCAR Parts Trailer Catalogue can be viewed.

“This year we’ve taken a far more integrated approach where Kenworth, DAF and PACCAR Parts displays are tied together in a united front,” said Anthony Kwan, Marketing Services and Business Development Manager at PACCAR Parts.

“Importantly, this year our truck parts and accessories will not be displayed in cabinets, rather they will be on full display installed on a selection of trucks so visitors can see the products in situ.”

Other highlights of the stand include the new Kenworth Legend apparel range and the brand-new DAF range, freshly imported from Europe, that will be sold at the PACCAR merchandise shop.

The high-quality Kenworth and DAF merchandise includes apparel such as jackets and polo tops, along with caps, bags, mugs and other goodies. Sizes are available to suit men, women and children.

For Privileges Plus members, discounts of up to 20 per cent are available on official Kenworth and DAF genuine merchandise sold at the truck show and visitors will be able to instantly register themselves at the touchscreen kiosks near the PACCAR coffee station to benefit from these discounts.

“Our loyalty program, Privileges Plus, is an instant registration so people can sign-up and then go straight to the merchandise shop and receive exclusive Brisbane Truck Show discounts of up to 20 per cent on genuine DAF and Kenworth gear,” said Kwan.

“Visitors can sign up either using our touchscreen kiosks or by scanning the QR code on their own mobile devices.”

TRP, PACCAR Parts’ in-house aftermarket parts brand that caters for all makes of trucks and trailers, will also have a complete range guide on display at the interactive kiosks.

As expected from a PACCAR brand, the TRP range undergoes rigorous testing to ensure quality, durability and compliance that meets or exceeds industry standards. The entire range is backed by a minimum 12-month warranty.

The final highlight is the launch of Volume One of PACCAR Parts’ four-volume Trailer Catalogue, which can be viewed on our interactive kiosk at the stand.

“We supply trailer parts not just through our TRP range, but also from leading trailer component manufacturers including BPW, York, Hendrickson, SAF-Holland, Narva and JOST,” said Kwan.

“The great thing about this catalogue is that it pulls together all products from leading trailer parts suppliers into one place. Anyone who is in the business of servicing trailers can register to receive the range guide at the kiosk, and one of our dealerships’ branches closest to them will be in contact to deliver it.

“We are also looking to have Volume Two out by the end of 2021.”
